1.3采用具有专利的新型模块化设计，避免单个模块失效而影响整灯出光效果，实现高空直接更换模块，方便产品的维护。

3.安装说明Product Installation：

3.1接线方式:接入220-240V～电网，黑色/棕色线接火线，白色/蓝色线接零线，绿色/黄绿线接地线。

LED street light will access 220-240V～ 50/60Hz power among the wiring: the black/brown line access the Live, white/blue line access Null, the green/green and yellow line access Earth.

3.2如图1，将LED路灯装入∅45～∅60mm灯杆上，装配到位后，用螺丝刀将灯具套筒上的M10内六角螺栓拧紧，确保灯具牢固不可移动。

As picture 1,put LED road lamp into the??1??7??1??70??1??7??1??7545～??1??7??1??70??1??7??1??7560mm light pole, tighten the M10 hex bolts on the lamp socket with a screwdriver. And ensure the solid immovable fixtures.

3.3有角度调节器时，按图2拧松转角调节位螺杆，可根据实际使用要求调节灯具照射角度，然后将螺柱拧紧。

With the angle adjustment, as picture 2 shown: Loosen the angle adjustment stud and adjust it according to actual requirements point of light exposure, then tighten the studs.

3.4无角度调节器时，如图3按步骤(1)、(2)安装。

Fixing the lamp as step 1 and 2 when without the angle adjustment as picture 3.

3.5安装注意事项Installation note:

1）在使用之前，需确认产品在运输中有没有被损坏，若有损坏就不能安装使用。

Before installation, the unit should be checked for damage that might have occurred in transit. If any damage is found, do not install the product.

2）如果此灯具的外部软缆或软线损坏了，该线要有制造商或其服务代理商或有类似资格的人更换，以避免发生危险。

To avoid potential hazard, the replacement of external cables and wires should be processed by the factory, local representatives or the other qualified technician.

3）电网电压必须在的灯具规定的工作电压范围内，切勿接入低于100V或高于240V以上的电网使用。

The input voltage should not exceed the operating voltage of the lamb, that ranging from 100V to 240V.

4）灯具安装、接线必须在断电情况下进行。

The installation and wiring connection should be carried out after turning the power off.

5）要确保灯具的电源线有足够的长度，不要受到张力或切向力。安装灯具的连线时避免过大的拉力，不要使连线打结。输出连线要注意区分，不要和其它灯具混淆。

Please ensure the length of power cords satisfy the installation. Tensile force and shear stress should be prevented for cables and plugs. Do not kink cables. Output cables should be laid separately at a distance from the others.

4.包装说明Packing instruction：

如上图所示，将LED路灯装进PE袋，用EPE珍珠棉包装好后，然后置入外纸箱中，最后放入合格证、说明书和装箱清单。

For the pictures above, putting the LED street lamp into PE bag and inner packing by EPE packing cover, then posting them into outer carton.

4.1包装注意事项packaging note：

1)包装迭加不可超过6层

Packaging stacking not more than 6 layer.

2)不能人踩在包装箱上或超过55公斤的重物放在包装上；

Can't on the packing container or more than 55 kilograms of weight on the packaging.

3)需要注意防潮防湿

Need pay attention to against moisture and damp.

4)海运时，包装纸不能外露，需缠绕塑料薄膜。

Shipping, wrapping paper not exposed, need to winding plastic film.

5.注意事项Note：

5.1产品只能在包装外使用

Products can only in the packaging external use.

5.2在使用之前，需确认产品在运输中有没有被损坏，若有损坏就不能安装使用

Before use, need to confirm product in transit have damaged, if there is damage cannot install and use.

5.3不要尝试自己维修，只能由专业工程师去维修

Don't try to repair, only by professional engineers to maintenance.

5.4避免长时间直视灯具的发光面，不要用反射的灯具的光去照射别人的眼睛

To avoid long time look in the eye of lamps and lanterns shiny surface, do not use the lamps and lanterns of the reflection of the light to illuminate others' eyes.

5.5不要在产品上覆盖任何物品

Don't the products cover any items

5.6在清洁灯具之前，请一定要关闭电源

Before in clean lamps and lanterns, please be sure to shut off the power.

5.7不要使用化学或有腐蚀性的东西去清洁，请用干燥或较干燥的抹布进行清洁

Don't use chemical or corrosive things clean, please use dry or a dry cloth to clean.

5.8安装灯杆上需要有防雷装置

Installation lamp post to have lightning protection device.

5.9 PC反光罩和PC透镜请用工业酒精擦拭清洁。

PC reflector and PC lens please clean with industrial alcohol.
