SYD-261石油产品闭口闪点试验器(2008标准)

一、用途及适用范围
SYD-261-1石油产品闭口闪点试验器是按照中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T 261-2008《闪点的测定宾斯基-马丁闭口杯法》所规定的要求设计制造的，适用于按GB/T 261-2008标准所规定的方法，测定闪点高于40℃的石油产品试样的闭口杯法闪点。

二、主要技术规格及参数
1、工作电源：       AC220V±10%， 50Hz。
2、加热装置：       ⑴ 炉体为碳化硅材料，功率为600W电热丝。
                        ⑵ 加热功率从(0～600)W可调。
3、试样升温速率：   (1～12)℃/分，手动控制。
4、电动搅拌装置：   ⑴ 搅拌电机：45TYZ型恒速马达。
⑵ 传动方式：软轴联结。
⑶ 搅拌叶片规格：8㎜×40㎜。
5、搅拌速度：       符合GB/T 261-2008标准要求。
⑴ (90～120)转/分，适用于试验步骤A。
⑵ (250±10)转/分，适用于试验步骤B。
6、标准油杯：       符合GB/T 261-2008标准要求。
⑴ 内径：50.7㎜～50.8㎜。
⑵ 深度：55.7㎜～56.0㎜。
⑶ 试油容量刻线深度：33.9㎜～34.3㎜。
⑷ 试油容量：约70毫升。
7、引火装置：       ⑴ 引火源：煤气（或其它民用可燃气，下同）。
                    ⑵ 引火器孔径：0.8㎜。
8、温度计：         棒式水银温度计，符合GB/T 261-2008标准要求。
⑴ 温度范围 (-5～110)℃，分度0.5℃。
⑵ 温度范围 (20～150)℃，分度1.0℃。
⑶ 温度范围 (90～370)℃，分度2℃。
9、环境温度：       ≤35℃。
10、相对湿度：      ≤85％。
11、整机功耗：      不大于650W。
三、主要结构及电气原理图
（一）主要结构
本仪器主要结构见图1所示。

1、油杯：         用于盛放待测的试样。
2、乳胶管：       用于连接进气调节阀和引火器。
3、进气调节阀：   供气气源从该阀进气口接入，用于调节点火器供气的大小。
4、搅拌电机：     用于搅拌油杯中的试样。
5、传动软轴：     连接搅拌电机和搅拌叶片。
6、引火器：       用于调节火焰的大小和关闭、打开煤气。
7、温度计：       符合GB/T 261-2008标准要求。
8、弹簧旋钮：     用于手动点火。
9、电炉：         用于加热油杯中的试样。
10、油杯座：      用于放置油杯。
11、控制面板：    见下节（控制面板）。
（二）控制面板
控制面板见图2所示。

1、步骤A按钮：   在搅拌选择开关打开的情况下，按动此按钮指示灯亮，搅拌电机的转速是90～120转/分，适用于按步骤A的要求试验。
2、搅拌选择开关：搅拌电机工作控制开关。按下此开关指示灯亮，搅拌电机接通工作电源（注：本仪器搅拌电机默认的搅拌速度是90～120转/分，为试验步骤A的搅拌速度）。
3、步骤B按钮：   在搅拌选择开关打开的情况下，按动此按钮指示灯亮，搅拌电机的转速是250±10转/分，适用于按步骤B的要求试验。
4、电源开关：     打开此开关，指示灯亮，仪器接通工作电源。
5、电压表：       指示电炉的加热电压值。
    6、加热调节：     加热功率调节旋钮，加热电炉的加热电压在电压表上指示。
（二）电气原理
仪器电路主要由加热、加热调节、搅拌系统组成。
电源开关一打开，加热电炉即开始加热。双向可控硅FS组成交流调压电路，调节“加热调节旋钮”，可调节加热电炉的功率，其工作电压在电压表上显示。
搅拌装置由两种转速可供选择，90～120转/分，适用于步骤A试验方式；250±10转/分，适用于步骤B试验方式。搅拌装置是否工作则由搅拌开关控制。

四、仪器的使用
1、使用本仪器前应仔细阅读使用说明书。
2、仔细阅读中华人民共和国标准GB/T 261-2008《闪点的测定宾斯基-马丁闭口杯法》，了解并熟悉标准所阐述的试验方法、试验步骤和试验要求。
3、按GB/T261-2008标准所规定的要求，仪器放置在光线较暗且避风的地方以便观察闪火，准备好试验用的各种试验器具、材料等。
4、检查本仪器的工作状态，使其符合说明书所规定的工作环境和工作条件。
5、检查本仪器的外壳，必须处于良好的接地状态。
6、油杯盛放定量的试样后按图1所示置于加热炉上，并将杯盖、搅拌装置、温度计等按要求安放到位。
7、根据试验要求选择步骤A或者步骤B，将搅拌速度选择并确定在所需的试验状态。
8、按GB/T261-2008标准所规定的升温要求随时注意控温调节（即调节“加热调节旋钮”控制电炉加热功率，加热电压由电压表检测并显示）。
9、当试样油温达到预期闪点前，按标准所规定的温度点，通放煤气，点燃引火器，调整火焰形状至标准要求。
10、调节弹簧旋钮使滑板转动，露出油杯盖孔口，同时，引火器即自动向下摆动，伸向油杯盖点火孔内进行点火试验。
11、继续按GB/T261-2008标准所规定的要求与步骤试验，直至取得试验结果。
注意：仪器使用步骤和要求，应严格按照GB/T 261-2008标准所规定的要求进行。

五、注意事项
1、电源线必须有良好的接地端，确保用电的安全。
2、仪器使用完毕必须关闭外接可燃气源的阀门。
3、仪器不用时，关闭电源开关、加热开关及搅拌开关，置于通风干燥处。
4、备用油杯不加热时，可安放在油杯座内，谨防翻倒叩伤。
5、本仪器适用于闭口闪点温度为280℃以下的油品试验。
6、仪器电路发生故障时，须请专业人员进行检修。
警告：仪器若出现故障应及时切断电源，待仪器冷却至室温后请专业人员检修并排除故障后方可继续使用，防止发生意外！
